Located across the street from the University of Notre Dame, this 1 bedroom 2 full bath condo offers 3 additional beds in the finished basement (stairs is only egress), full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and includes everything you need to cook and serve meals. Linens and towels provided, cable TV, central heat and air conditioning. Two parking spots!
The Space:
Cozy Condo located across the street from the University of Notre Dame, comes with all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer, guests have full access to unit accept one locked closet for owner use. Notre Dame fans will love being close to all of the action, sports stadiums and local bars & eateries.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to everything, located next to the University of Notre Dame, down town South Bend is 5 mins away and just a few mins away from UP Mall and great restaurants.

Public transportation close by, cabs and Uber also available.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
