Positive: Location was great! Though the Owner did interact with communications, the agent needs to make their communications better and faster particularly over a weekend or holiday. It comes with the JOB!

Negative: Brown outs! 5 out of 10 days.. Yes they where between 10 min to an Hour. Never was this mentioned by the agent. The Condo was in need of some maintenance. (Aircon was leaking water into the unit, Bathroom/CR sink faucet needs to be tighten up as it moves everywhere. Outlets need attention, poor electrical connection when plugging appliances in, can be a fire hazard.
