Relax on your private patio while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. For your convenience, a large storage closet is available exclusively for your use on the garage parking level.
The main bedroom includes a TV and DVD player for your viewing enjoyment, along with a private bathroom. The second bedroom also features a TV with a DVD player. You’ll love the video game chairs, and an additional twin rollaway bed is available in the closet for any extra guests. Unwind in the living room with a large 42-inch LCD TV and DVD player—perfect for a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach. Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
