This freshly renovated and decorated single-floor home has a crisp, clean, and classic feel. The living and kitchen/dining areas have an airy open concept floor plan and wall-to-wall windows creating plenty of natural light. Just inside the front door, guests are greeted by a relaxing living room with a leather couch you'll want to sink into. Kick back and unwind while you watch something on the 55" wall-mount TV. Turn on the electric fireplace for an inviting glow. The wood-beam ceiling creates a cozy lodge feel.
The charming kitchen/dining area is outfitted with butcher block counters and a bar-height table with stools that seats four. In the kitchen, guests will have an array of stainless appliances including a French-door fridge with an ice-maker/water dispenser, electric range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Thoughtful touches will make your stay extra enjoyable- Starbucks coffee, bottled water, and wine will make guests feel right at home. The kitchen has all the cookware and utensils needed for an easy stay.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed where guests can lay back and enjoy the 40" wall-mounted smart TV.
Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed and bedroom #3 has two twin beds along with a side-by-side washer and dryer in the closet.
In each room, guests will be delighted by the comfortable pillows, bedding and linens, and considerate touches like flatscreen TVs, bedside lamps with charging stations, luggage racks, and hanging closets.

Guests will have easy close access to downtown from a peaceful location directly across from Sunset Park, just far enough away from traffic. From the home, guests will enjoy mountain and park views as well as a beautiful overlook of the city when leaving Government Hill. Easy access to Uber and Lyft and 20 minutes from the airport. There are many dining options nearby. For an upper-scale seafood meal with water views, check out Bridge Seafood Restaurant- 5 min. For a pint and some pub food in a rustic lodge setting, visit Glacier Brewhouse- 4 min. Mooses Tooth Pizza offers the best pizza in Anchorage- 9 minutes. For an early coffee and a pastry, A-Town Coffee is only a couple blocks from the house.
