Enjoy this cozy, cottage-like home. It has 3 quaint bedrooms, comfortable living room and whimsical eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals. For your convenience and enjoyment the home has a smart tv. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget.

Please keep the place tidy. When the inside garbage is full, it can be emptied into the bins located to the right of the door.
Air conditioning units are in your rooms. Please be sure to turn it off when you leave for the day (to work or out and about).
If you are there on Monday evening, please take the garbage and recycling bins to the side street (Sherman St). Please chip in.
No smoking of any kind inside the unit but it is permitted outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval. All visitors must leave by the start of quiet hours.
Check-out is at 10am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been placed outside in the bins. Make sure all air conditioners are off. Place keys back into the lockbox so my cleaners can get in to prepare for the next guest. Please make sure the door and the lockbox are locked. Have fun and enjoy your stay!
