Summary: The property is the gem here. Beautiful grounds that I walked every morning. Gorgeous river setting. I sat on the tree swing everyday reading and listening to the many birds and the wind in the trees. So peaceful and relaxing. It’s a quick drive into Culver for nearby restaurants and groceries. Lovely to drive the back roads. The house is dated as expected but very clean and comfortable beds. The weather was super hot and humid but the AC kept us cool. The shower is nice but, as the listing points out, there is only one bathroom downstairs off the kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs. That could be a problem for some people. We were fine with it. Very comfortable couch to relax on at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay. We had quick and easy interactions with the property owner. No problems.
