There is a clubhouse which offers ping pong, an inside pool table room and a large screen TV. Grill up your catch of the day or some burgers on the over-sized gas grills located in the common areas.
This newly decorated unit overlooks one of the 5 lakes from the lanai and best of all, is just steps from the pool area. A screened lanai with sliding glass doors to both the living room and master bedroom lets you enjoy the warm Florida breeze while eating a meal or playing a hand of cards.
