This waterfront cottage is located on its own secluded peninsula surrounded by blueberry bushes and water on 3 sides. You can spend your mornings sipping coffee on the porch and afternoons swimming or fishing from shore. Relax on the front lawn in the sun until the heat entices you to walk the 20 feet into the shallow water to cool off. Enjoy a peaceful dinner outside at the picnic table overlooking the water after the grill master showcases their skills on the provided gas grill.
This home has 4 generations of history but has been updated to include modern amenities. With 3 bedrooms, there is ample space to share this comfortable getaway with the entire family. The bedrooms are furnished with a queen and four twin beds.
The porch has a larger table and many chairs for eating throughout the day. The porch accesses a large living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace with a propane stove. There are lots of chairs and two loveseats. There also are cards, games, and plenty of books to read in the bookshelves.

There are even spices and a few other pantry items in the cabinet for your use. The dining room has a small table and a few chairs. It is especially beautiful in the morning as the sun streams into the room through windows on three sides.
