Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were very kind, pleasant, patient, attentive and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, spacious and our floor was quiet for the most part of our stay.

Negative: The room lighting was too dim and had no way to brighten it with lighting even when the window curtains were wide open the rooms were too dim especially in the sitting room area. Need heating in the bathroom… it was freezing in there especially after getting out of the shower Toilet needs to be upgraded or at least properly repaired with flushing mechanisms fully replaced.

Summary: We came to bury our beloved mom and staying here made our time easier under our circumstances.
