Positive: The location was great. The View of the bay provided us with animal life to watch such as bald eagles, cranes, and seals.

Negative: The one reason we booked the place was to enjoy the balcony that they advertised. The balcony was a mess with birds nest and pigeon dumplings everywhere. You couldn't walk out into the deck. Spiderwebs every where as well. We never got to use the balcony. When I called about it, they offered to come and clean it the next day. Which we allowed since we would be gone most of the day. The person was too busy, understandable, to come out that day. They asked for the next day. I said no because we were planing our rest day that day didn't want to be interrupted. I asked for a discount and so far all they offered was for me to fill out and some so they can be better prepared for their next guest.

Summary: Great view, the inside was nice, but the balcony was unusable due to an unkept balcony.
