Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
El Atardecer 6 is a well-furnished villa located in the quiet residential area of Montemar by the Benissa coast. Enjoying excellent views that stretch all the way to the beautiful landscape and to the sea as to the famous Ifach rock in Calpe. Only 10 Min. drive take us to the unrivaled coast town of Moraira, where a pleasant amount of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found together with incredible sand beaches and a large choice of water activities for the adventurous ones.
The villa El Atardecer 6 is located within a ten minutes drive to the shops, bars, restaurants, and the coves of Baladrar and Abogat situated by the Benissa coast. This villa is speared over three floors. Stairs from the parking place lead down to a small patio with a BBQ and outside dining area. Entrance to the first floor from the BBQ area into a large living area with sea views, SAT+TV+DVD, and a dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen.
A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with Air conditioning units, sharing a full shower/toilet. Exterior stairs lead down to the second-floor apartment with one double room, one twin bedroom both with Air conditioning and en-suite shower/toilet rooms, we find also a small kitchen and living/dining room with TV. Further stairs lead down to the third bottom floor and to the private pool level with a terrace with sunbeds and patio furniture. The third apartment with a twin bedroom with A/C, shower/toilet room, a washing machine, and a living area. Mature Mediterranean gardens surround the villa in different terraces. When booked with 6 guests, the second floor will be closed off and empty of guests.
