Negative: Terrible lack of communication, left me lost. I wrote to the hotel several times to request a Chinese address and Chinese name of the hotel. They did not reply. I contacted booking as well and was told to contact the hotel directly. When I tried To order a Didi (taxi) using the English address, I was notified that the Didi could not stop there and I would have to be dropped off nearby. The taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was, so I wandered aimlessly using various map apps. Thankfully, I found some very helpful people at the Atour hotel and they called and spoke with this hotel and got directions. Even with that they were concerned that I would not find it. It is not a hotel building but simply a renovated 14th floor of an otherwise, run down looking building. The lovely lady from Atour walked me to my hotel. I kept thinking that I should have stayed at Atour. The staff showed no concern when I explained the issue that had been created by failing to respond to ny messages. The room was nice and comfortable. In case you still wish to stay here, the Chinese name of the hotel is 重庆市江北区观音桥街道白云大厦14楼1416. I will also attach a photo so you know what it looks like from the outside.
