CASA do Varandão was the ancient and imposing granary built in stone with gables to open and close, from the farm of Casa de Paço Velho, old and beautiful 16th century construction. Today, the spaces used to store and thresh corn cobs have become a beautiful and comfortable home, full of sunshine. The threshing floor, where the corn kernels were dried, gave way to a pleasant pool surrounded by orange trees.
