Summary: Excellent property for the family. Well appointed. Very comfortable beds . Great location for village and lake - easy to walk and cycle. Teenage grandchildren enjoyed morning walk to the bakery. More than enough to do with cycling to Annecy or up the mountain. Easy for water sport on the lake ( we had all our own watercraft). The pool at the house was great for the family and especially for my morning lengths. Great views of the mountains and paragliders.
