The view and lot are fantastic. Bring the grandparents, they can keep up with the kids on this flat lot. The deck overlooking the lake is perfect for sipping coffee (or margaritas) on nice sunny days. The sundeck at the dock is HUGE and is where your family will spend most of their days, so bring a towel and your sunscreen. This is the place to be!
This home will allow 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 5 per Franklin County regulations. Should any renters be found overoccupying the home, the entire group may be evicted immediately without refund.
