Celebrate summer Sea Isle style! This brand new construction home sleeps 16 and is equipped with an elevator. The home features 6 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, plus an additional bonus room (7th bedroom). The dual-purpose bonus room contains a queen sleeper sofa and 58â€TV, and also serves as a game room including a full-sized air-hockey game, an arcade Ms PacMan machine, and other video games. You will not have to worry about parking as you will take advantage of the 4 off street parking spots, and a double garage. The garage will contain a full supply of beach equipment for your family to use including 12 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, a beach umbrella and tent, a cooler, various beach toys and 12 beach tags. A Phoenix Beach Buggy will make it very easy for you to transport all of this beach equipment that is provided.
When entering the home from the garage, you can take the elevator to get access to any of the other 3 floors. Entering from the first floor, you will find the bonus game room, plus 2 bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and the laundry area. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and 50â€TV. The other bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) with trundle.
The second floor has 2 ensuite master bedrooms each with queen sized beds and a private deck. One of these bedrooms has a 50†TV. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this floor (each containing 2 twin beds) along with a full hallway bath.
The top floor opens to the spacious kitchen, dining room table with seating for 12, a large living room with 75†TV, a powder room and large covered deck. The deck contains an 8 person Polywood dining set along with 2 Polywood deep seating chairs plus ottoman. It’s here where you and your family will enjoy the most amazing sunsets, wetlands and intercoastal waterway views each day!
