The 19C traditional limestone farmhouse has been carefully rebuilt from a ruin to a high standard keeping the features but being in the modern world .
The building is on two levels with 3 double bedrooms.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, ( one with bath and one with shower.)
A third double bedroom is on the mezzanine with curtains for privacy. Access is by stairs from the large airy sitting room.
The sitting room leads to a big fully equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, gas cooker and large monastry table with ample seating for 6 plus woodburner (wood available, hopefully not needed).
On the same level there is a shower /laundry room with large shower, washing machine and 3rd toilet. there is a study area with the stairs leading to the first floor.
The large west facing covered terrace is accessed from the sitting room and has a barbecue area with plancha. From here are long reaching views and fantastic sunsets.
The stone built, above ground pool is accessed from the terrace with a gate for security . There are internal steps in the pool.
There is a large slightly sloping grassy field belonging to the property and the cottage is surrounded by areas with flowerbeds and also a large area of limestone paving.
There are various shady areas equipped with tables and chairs and sunbeds and many cushions .
There is also unlimited parking around the cottage or various barns opposite the cottage.
