Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Finca Cantares is nestled on a very tranquil hillside by the countryside of Benissa, enjoying a charming atmosphere surrounded by pine trees and vineyards. The finca offers a pleasant degree of privacy making this the perfect place for anyone searching for a Mediterranean style family retreat. Only 15 Min. separate us from the center of Calpe where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored right by its 2 main beaches. Another 5 Min. drive take us to the Jalón Valley, where we can explore the full essence of the Spanish rural life.
Finca Cantares offers parking for 4 cars, which leads to a very spacious terrace, surrounding the private swimming pool, sun beds and an outdoor dining are with BBQ, all encompassed by attention-to-detail gardens with palm and olive trees and colorful flowers. We also find a covered veranda overlooking the pool area for the cooler evenings. The finca is a two-storey holiday home. The open door veranda leads to the dining/living room, decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style, equipped with Sat+TV+DVD. We follow to find a fitted kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. Internal stairs lead up towards 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom sharing a spacious bathroom. A/C in all bedrooms.
