Summary: We wanted waterfront, parking and aircon and this place met those criteria. We loved breakfast on the balcony although we did feel like we were taking our life in our hands as the balcony appears to be trying to come off the building. Decor was tired but this was reflected in the price we paid. Clean and comfortable.
