*No smoking of any kind permitted inside house or on deck. Immediate removal from premises w/o refund will occur. An add’l $250 ozone cleaning fee will be charged to sanitize the house.
*Roads to the cabin are STEEP gravel roads and can be tough to navigate in winter without the proper vehicle. 4-WHEEL/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE IS REQUIRED BETWEEN OCTOBER - MARCH AND DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER.
*Cell service is limited coming up the mountain. Follow your GPS map (maps will still work in offline mode even if you lose cell service on the way up).
*There is one camera on the exterior of the cabin for security and safety of our guests.
