Large, contemporary home with over 3,000 sqft of available space, an open floor plan, and modern finishes! 6 heating zones and two cooling zones keep everyone comfortable, and a large living space with a pool table keeps you entertained into the evening. The pleasant backyard with firepit is a great space for cool evenings after the day's festivities.
Large parking area on-site above a private driveway, four dedicated bedrooms, and 16-foot cathedral ceilings make for a great weekend away.
There is a Minut volume monitoring device above the garage, it does not record audio, only sound levels. If excessive noise triggers an alert, we will notify you through your VRBO account and ask that you please be respectful of the community. There are also several video monitoring devices around the exterior of the property. These are for the safety of our guests and security when the property is vacant, and they are not routinely monitored. They cover the entire exterior of the property and home, and are located on the front fence, above the garage door, on the tree line on the rear of the property, on the back of the garage, and near the AC units.
This home has two Keypad Entry locations - codes will be provided prior to check-in and are changed between every stay for our guests' safety and peace of mind.
Any rentals and/or purchases on media devices under property-owned accounts will be billed after your stay at standard cost (no markup or fees). The property doesn't have cable, but if there's a specific game, event, or program you'd like to watch live, we may have access through over a dozen streaming networks. Please let us know and if we can provide a login we're happy to!
The neighbors' properties are off limits. Property lines are clearly outlined by a row of young trees across the back yard and a forested area behind the house. Please don't trespass onto the neighboring properties.
Quiet hours are 9.00pm to 7.00am. Please keep noise to reasonable levels at all times, but especially during quiet hours nothing should be audible to the neighbors. It's a big house and it's surrounded by a lot of space - music or other activity would need to be excessively loud to have an impact. Verifiable noise, trespassing, or other complaints requiring owner or police interaction will result in fees from $500 plus any relevant fines. We will never hold guests responsible for unverifiable complaints.
No Parties or Events - if you're not sure if your plans qualify as a party or event, please ask! We're happy to work with you to make it the perfect stay, but we can't help if we don't know.
Please limit street parking - the driveway has space for 8+ vehicles.
Maximum occupancy includes all individuals on the property, including temporary guests that aren't spending the night. Please be sure to remain within the occupancy on your reservation at all times, and if you need an exception or to increase your limit, please reach out and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
With verifiable evidence of smoking/vaping within the home (including the breezeway), cleaning fees will be assessed at $500/occurrence. Please don't leave butts, caps, etc. anywhere on the property.
No at-home births (please don't ask why we're including this...).
You are responsible for any damage to the property and anything within the property. In limited circumstances, Airbnb's Liability Insurance may provide assistance on your behalf - anything outside of Airbnb's policy will be the Primary Guest's responsibility.
Off-limits areas and rooms (garage, basement, storage closet) are locked and alarmed with security cameras. Please do not attempt to open locked doors.
Reviews left on VRBO may be used, in whole or in part, on our direct-booking website. By leaving a review, you consent to its unmodified use, in whole or in part, and your attached first name and last initial, in other media properties associated with this home.
In the event that you have not departed by the set checkout time (typically 11.00, but we may agree in writing on another time), you will be charged up to $60/hour until your departure in 15-minute increments. If the property is booked by another guest following your stay and those plans are in any way interrupted by your party still being at the property, you will be responsible for all costs required to rectify the situation (hotel costs, compensating for a canceled reservation, police interaction, etc.).
