Our cozy modern space is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple seeking a quiet and comfortable stay with a home-like setting to work from with WiFi, unwind and watch TV, or spend time with loved ones.
We accept both short-term and long-term stays, and we allow pets!
The space
Bedroom:
Our home features a bright and airy bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample closet space to store all of your belongings. The bedroom also has a work desk with a chair.
Living Room:
In addition to the bedroom, our spacious living room is well-lit and includes a L shaped sofa that converts to a full size bed, a 55-inch TV, a center table, and a dining table with chairs.
Bathroom
Our modern all black tile and gold bathroom accents is clean and well-lit, with a spacious shower and fresh towels provided.
Kitchen:
Our fully stocked brand new kitchen includes all of the utensils and appliances you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, electric kettle and microwave. We recently upgraded our kitchen with a new quartz stone countertop, white cabinets, and an electric stove.
Storage:
Lastly, we have a large closet at the entrance of the apartment to store any travel bags or other items you may have. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
Guest access
As our guest at this Airbnb listing, you will have complete access to the entire 750 sq ft second floor of the property. This means that you will have full privacy and won't have to worry about sharing the space with any other guests
1st Floor and basement are occupied by me the owner and host of the property.

Noise:
Cleaning: Prior to your arrival, our dedicated cleaning team will thoroughly prepare the house, ensuring cleanliness and providing fresh linens, comforters, and towels.
Discounts: We offer weekly and monthly discounts, these will be automatically applied for your stay if you meet the length of stay criteria. NO additional discounts.
Additional rules
In order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly request that you observe the following house rules:
Photo ID and Guest Information: Upon booking confirmation, all guests will be required to provide a photo ID, the names of all guests, and the reason for their stay. Pets are allowed, and we ask that you let us know if you plan to bring any pets.
Pet Policy: We do not allow pets on the beds, but we provide dog beds for your furry friends. Please dispose of pet droppings in the outside garbage bin.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house or on the premises of the property.
No Illegal Substances: We strictly prohibit the use of any illegal substances on the premises. Violators will be reported to the authorities.
No Unregistered Guests: For security purposes, we do not allow unregistered guests on the property. If you would like to have visitors, please inform us beforehand.
No Mail Delivery: Please note that we do not accept mail delivery unless it's a long stay of one month or more. Packages deliveries are allowed.
Furniture Policy: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture without our prior approval.
Electronic Devices: Please do not unplug any electronics, including Wi-Fi, the fridge, lights, TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
Respect Your Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors and apartment on the 1st floor, avoid loud noise or music after 10 pm.
Inventory: For longer stays of more than a month, we will not be restocking toilet paper and paper towels.
Cleaning: For longer stays (month or more) cleaning if requested by guest will be an extra charge of $100.
