Positive: close to where we needed to be relatively clean, tidy, convenient. near service station which had milk we needed car on site staff very keen to be accommodating sink tap was high enough for the electric jug to be easily filled

Negative: Shower taps need urgent adjustment car spaces were a bit tight on the unit side, better on the garden side hard to find from the road as entrance blends in too much with properties each side

Summary: convenient and good for two nights we needed
