Summary: hotel was nice. unfortunately the renovation dowstair and awarness of hotel.staff was poor. the communication between staff was not working. and they did not know what to do about booking. they must learn how the booking is done.they ask more money what i paid and tell we not pay enough. complicate to solve

Summary: Giorgio's place is not what it is as compared to the pictures on Hcom. The bathroom had a leaking faucet, customer service was poor. TV only aired local channel, there was no wifi.
