Positive: We wanted a remote, quiet location that offered some peaceful downtime - Gites le Mathelin delivered all of that in spades. The location and facilities were brilliant - we arrive mid September and missed the really how weather but we were still able to get out and see the area and then retreat to the gite in the evening. The hosts introduced themselves to us on the first day and then just left us to it - they explained where they were if we needed them. The property was nice and clean and a great place to just sit and read. Would certainly book again if we are in the area. Thank you for a great stay!
