The house sits at the end of a long driveway that leaves you nestled among hundred year old trees and a view of the Sound that is truly mesmerizing. With private access to a private beach that is right on the Long Island Sound, you are only steps away from a relaxing stroll or a refreshing dip, depending on your mood. The home is ideal for couples and families (with kids). It's not uncommon to see a family of deer scamper across the edge of the property, or to see bunnies hopping about, or any number of birds, from Blue Jays to Cardinals to Woodpeckers. Inside the 2800 SF home, you will find a newly renovated kitchen and kitchen nook, outfitted with all new appliances. 3 full baths, one of which is newly renovated. A comfy fireplace living room, spacious dinning room, a den built for lounging about and bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own unique charm. There is also a basement with a bar and pool table, plus storage for beach amenities you may want to bring with you down to the water.
