Summary: Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. Half an hour later, I am bombarded with calls about some bills that I apparently had to pay? I was being charged for services that I had never utilized. I was hounded until after I left the country. I won't be coming back.
