Upstairs, the spacious, light-filled living and dining area opens to a balcony overlooking the Esplanade. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks with beautiful glimpses of the bay. A powder room is located on this level for convenience.
The separate kitchen includes a smaller dining space, breakfast bench seating, and a fully equipped setup with a Nespresso machine for your morning brew.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
