Summary: Due to the train strikes we arrived late in the night but Claudie came and collected us from the station which was really kind. She is very helpful with local information and it was reassuring to have someone like that around. The flat was clean and comfortable and we could have had a barbecue if the weather has been better. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was great, torrents of hot water. The location is very useful for getting to and from the station and only a short walk to the centre. We had a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and good takeaway pizza nearby. The garden is reasonably private and quiet and we enjoyed relaxing with a beer in the evening sun. We had a good holiday marred only by the French train strike.
