Detached house with sauna located in beautiful Dalfsen within walking distance of the Vecht in a quiet natural environment. Spacious bright house with all luxury and a surprising layout and very spacious free garden. The spacious house stands on a 1000 m2 plot close to the Vecht and in the Village of Dalfsen. The house has a luxury kitchen, large living room, maintenance-friendly and allergen-free new PVC floor. the entire house has recently been painted inside and out. On the first floor we have a luxurious3 bathroom with separate toilet and 2 spacious 2 person bedrooms, each with its own sink and access to the great roof terrace with outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a sauna. On the second floor is also a spacious double bedroom with sink.
In the immediate vicinity are an outdoor swimming pool, nice restaurants and many opportunities for kayaking, swimming, cycling, walking, running, tennis, squash and much more. Dalfsen is located in the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal with all possible walking and cycling routes.
Zwolle is only 15 km, Giethoorn is also nearby. It is truly a place to enjoy all that this beautiful environment has to offer. Here you will find peace and space and silence. In our garden you can even hear the owl and the Woodpecker.

Summary: We gave it 3 stars for the following reasons: - only the master bedroom is suitable for 2 people The other 2 are too small and too hot to sleep in There was not enough shelf and cupboard space There were too many personal items which took up space The upstairs toilet arrangement is not very good The oven door was broken and the oven was dirty
