Curfew– Applicable To The Community and Beach:
-Between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6 am, all minor children (under age 18) staying in any vacation rental in Longue Vue must be accompanied by an adult while on HOA property (including the private stretch of beach) or stay within the confines of the home/yard being rented.
Gate Codes: (Main entry gate opens out)
-Gate codes are for use only by vacation renters staying in the home and may not be shared.
-Each home has its own code which is changed at the end of the rental.
-The code is the same for the vehicle, pedestrian, and beach gates.
-If discovered that the code has been shared, it will be removed and a new code will be installed at 10:00 pm that day. The rental agent/owner will be responsible for notifying the renter.
