Be our guest at the Hakuna Matata Lake House! Start your day stretching in one of our lake-view rooms. Have coffee, or tea on the 250ft dock before you head out for some fun in the water, boat, or one of our provided water toys. Take a stroll or bike through the neighborhood! Walk, ride, or drive to eating and shopping nearby. Wind down with a game of pac-man on the arcade machine in the living room. Then shower in our luxury spa-like master bath with rain head, and step out onto heated floors. Your worry-free vacation awaits!
The space
Open floor plan with living, dining, and master bed/bath on first floor as well as first floor laundry. Second floor features two bedrooms, a loft in the bunk room and a full bath. Master bath floors are heated and has a walk-in spa-like shower. Full view of the lake from the living room. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.

Other things to note
Along with our home, we offer the use of some children's bikes, books, games, paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boat, a free-play arcade game with many built-in games! We have high end amenities like heated floors in the master bath, a custom designed and built kitchen. Many small appliances; Keurig single cup, Coffee-Mate coffee maker, waffle iron, crock pot, rice cooker, air fryer, blender, toaster and more! I leave K-cups, cream and sugar on site, along with a welcome package of paper towel, toilet paper, dish washer pods, laundry pods, garbage bags, etc. You really don’t have to worry here while staying in luxury!
Our neighborhood
We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street that has a pass- thru for walking, biking, or running to the next neighborhoods over. There are a ton of great places to eat near-by, and some with-in walking distance. Hiking trails within 30 minutes and even a few small beaches! Need some city-life while in town? You can head in Rochester if you would like in a short 25 minute drive. We have incredible sunsets frequently, so bring your camera! And of course, there is no shortage of fun on the lake.
While we want our guests to enjoy our property and home, this is our actual home, not just a vacation rental. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the home - this INCLUDES THE USE OF E-CIGARETTES AND VAPING - SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You will automatically be charged a fee and asked to vacate the premises. Additionally, no parties or events. We just built this home and while we want it to be enjoyed, and many already have, we also want it to be respected. Thank you!
