73 m2 longère in joint ownership at 200 meters from the small quiet beach sheltered from the Cotentin wind.
Inside you will find:

- an open kitchen with an induction cooker, dishes, washing machine, dryer (+ iron and ironing board)
- a bathroom with a shower, sink and wc
Upstairs :
- a very large bedroom upstairs equipped with a 140 x 190 bed, a 90 x 190 bed, a wardrobe, a large desk, a small desk equipped with 2 toad style armchairs
- 1 other large bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed with a large teak table, 2 teak chairs, a wardrobe, a sink (cold water)
There is a large shared garden adjacent to the house where you can move around but beware the garden is not always mowed due to prolonged absence.
The garden furniture (a table with 4 chairs) is in the large shared courtyard facing the living room window.
Useful: Large place to park your car in the large courtyard facing the house!

The house located very close to the Cotentin beach is also a few kilometers from the Val André beach via the pretty port of Dahouët.
