An original Eildon township home that sits high over the town within walking distance to everything. The bowling club and pool are at the end of the street and the shops an easy walk.
There is a large deck at the front to cook on the BBQ, sit and relax with views of Mt Torbrek and the township.
The parrots come to visit and the kangaroos come down the laneway at dusk.
Enough space to sleep 6 comfortably in two bedrooms.
The kitchen and laundry are very functional and the bathroom whilst original has the best old shower ever...
The house is light and bright with enough space for the family.
There is evaporative cooling throughout the house and an additional split system in the lounge. There is an open fire for the cooler months.
Plenty of room to park the boat on the property with entrances at the front and rear so you can drive through the property.
A very relaxing peaceful place to be.
