Welcome to Sawyer Farmhouse, in the heart of Sawyer Michigan in Harbor Country! Home is located two minutes from Exit 12 off highway. Just 2 blocks to Greenbush Brewery, Infusco Coffee and Sawyer Garden Center. It’s just 5 minutes drive to Warren Dunes beach and a few minute drive in any direction you will find yourself at a beach, hikes, nature preserve, berry picking, brewery, golfing, winery, dining or shopping.
This home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, set on 2 acres with a brand new private, heated, inground pool with a power safely cover. Home features a beautiful back deck with sunset views. There is a fire pit next to the original silo and 2 acres to explore the fruit and berry trees, birds and wildlife. Home has an updated kitchen with brand new appliances (fridge, range and microwave June 2023) just three small steps up on the porch- and a main floor bedroom with full bathroom. The long private driveway can easily fit 4-6 cars if needed. It’s center to all of the southwest Michigan favorite attractions and perfect for quality time with family and being able to relax and have everything you need to feel at home. Summary: What a great place to spend time with your family! The home and property were very nicely appointed. Lots of extras that we weren't expecting. A large yard allowed us to feel like we were in our own world and not in a busy summer town.The pool was great! Perfect for a family to play and swim in. The kids loved finding all the toys and games for us to use.The owners/managers should get 10 stars for their communications and follow up. Very easy check in and a simple departure process. Sawyer is a lovely little town with it's own restaurants and very close to the beach and dunes.
