The open living room offers breathtaking views of the canal and the Banana River, inviting you to kick back and enjoy your favorite movies, shows, or play board games and cards with the family. The downstairs Sunset Suite primary bedroom has panoramic views of the canal and a king size bed. Upstairs there is a cozy living space with a smart TV and pullout sofa bed, a bedroom, and another bathroom. Step out onto the upstairs balcony and take in the panoramic views, a perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. If you're in the mood for some adventure, you can take the two tandem top loading kayaks are available. You may get a visit from the resident manatees and dolphins.
