Summary: Great Unit with Fantastic views! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We had one issue with the sink drain being clogged in the master bath. We reached out to the POC and they arranged for someone to resolve it quickly.Private Beach that you practically have to youself. The sand is VERY compacted and actually painful to walk on because of all the shell fragments. So just beware and wear some sort of shoes.The sand is NOT the fluffy kind found in the panhandle area.The garage does have a low ceiling, so i had to take this into consideration when parking.
