Summary: Hostel was absolutely fine but it needs to be made clearer that there is *no staff*. you cannot enter the hotel until 3pm, so no leaving of bags, etc. also the immediate area is basically a building site - you can't get to the water at all, unless you're taking a boat. But very easy to get into town with the bus
