This perfect Eastern Shore retreat is 45 minutes from Norfolk International Airport and an hour from Virginia Beach. The property includes a deep-water pier for fishing and boating. The pier is adjacent to a public boat ramp for easy launching of your power boat, sailboat, kayaks and canoes. Or just sit on the custom benches at the end of the pier and watch the beautiful sunset over the Chesapeake Bay.
The house has a newly renovated, open concept kitchen and family room with a wood burning stove and new appliances. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and double living rooms have plenty of space for entertaining with big water views.
