Summary: TV and phone did not work. Finally got check in person to reboot the TV to make it work. One hour later the furnace air conditioner came on and made a horrible noise. Went down to the main office again and finally found someone who came up to verify that indeed it was making a noise and finally they put us in another room bad experience. It appears that since you had registered with Hotels.com that the assigned us to a room that faced the road so we had road noise all night long. We will not stay at this location again and may not ever stay at another Holiday Inn Express.
