*Due to peak season a very limited number of spots are available for onsite car parking. There is NO guarantee that you will be able to get a park. If the car park is full there is paid street parking or paid car parks nearby. Please be prepared if there is no spot available. First in, first served applies. $5 charge per day + $50 key deposit refundable at the end of your stay.
House Rules:
We are definitely not a party hostel. We have a strict no noise policy after 11pm so we ask all guests to please respect this.
Cancellation is at least 24 hours prior to your booking. If cancelled last minute or in the case of a 'no show' the cost of the entire first night will be charged. This is so we don't get stuck with empty beds. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us. We may be able to assist you.
Please note groups of 5 or more are required to settle the total balance of the booking upon check in. Please keep this in mind if members of your group are planning to arrive at different times, as they will not be able to check in until the total price of the room is paid. Prior payment can be taken over the phone is required.
During peak season (November - March) we require a bond of $200 for groups of 5 or more to be taken at the time of check in. This will be returned at the end of your stay, ensuring that no policies were broken/breached by any members of the group. Please email us directly for more information if required.
Our car park is locked between 8pm and 8am (May - Oct) and 9pm - 8am (November - April) for your security. This means there is no access between those times. If you need to leave the car park outside of these times we recommend parking on the street outside the hostel. This is free between 6pm - 8:30am weekdays and free all day/night Saturday/Sunday. (Please check relevant street signs/parking signs to confirm this).
