Summary: We stayed at the property from October 18th to October 20th, 2024. The website stated that complimentary water would be provided, but when we checked in, we were not given any despite asking multiple times. The staff seemed careless about our request and ultimately provided only one bottle of water for our two-day stay. We had to sleep all night thirsty without drinking water, and since it was late, we could not get water from nearby shops.
