Comfortable seven person holiday home with sauna at holiday park 't Akkertien in Vollenhove. The holiday park is located in a wetland area in the vicinity of beautiful historic towns such as: Vollenhove, Blozijl and Steenwijk and the villages as: Kalenberg, Wanneperveen and Giethoorn. Giethoorn is also called 'the Venice of the North' because of its many canals and bridges. In Giethoorn you can sail with your own punt or a whisper boat through the local canals, under the characteristic arch bridges, on both sides farms with beautiful thatched roofs.
Layout
This beautiful accommodation has a cozy living room overlooking the fish pond. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, combi microwave and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, two bedrooms with two single beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed. On the mezzanine, which is accessible from one of the bedrooms, there is a single bed available. This sleeping place is not suitable for adults. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The house also has a wonderful sauna!
Outside the house there is parking for your car and there is a terrace with garden furniture.

General At holiday park 't Akkertien you have wifi. Through the reception there are various cycling and walking routes available and you can rent bicycles, go-karts and a boat. Sport and game At the campsite there is a sports field with football goals and a volleyball court. Challenge your children, who will win? You can also fish on the waterfront in the fairway which borders the holiday park. At the canteen is a table tennis table and there are a number of beautiful playgrounds present at the park. During the school holidays there is an active animation team at the holiday park. They organize fun, sporting and creative activities for the children but also for the family and adults. Swimming There is a nice outdoor swimming pool, a small fishing pond and you can swim in the adjacent open water adjacent to the holiday park. Covered swimming pools are available in Vollenhove and in Steenwijk. Water fun enough! catering industry The holiday park has a small supermarket for the "forgotten" groceries. There is also a snack corner at the park. Every Friday, fish is baked at the reception for the enthusiast.
