Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The swimming pool is beautiful. Very clean water and surrounds. Lovely sunny location. We swam every day and loved this beautiful space.

Negative: Check in and check out were difficult. We arrived at 4pm for a standard check in time and had been warned that cleaning could only be done from 4pm. It took 3 hours for the process to be completed. Similarly our check out was unnecessarily complicated with a check out process which didn’t in the end eventuate. The security deposit of 250 euros was complicated and resulted in only a partial reimbursement despite the owner stating that he refunded the full amount. This cost us 78 euros, presumably in banking and conversion fees. A better system is needed as it hung over the whole stay.
