It is fully equipped with a private terrace and large garden. Two outdoor parking spaces for free. You will enjoy the proximity of nature, the Leman Lake, and the city. The house is located in a quiet and nuisance-free area; parties/events are strictly prohibited. Our house is mainly for comfortable overnight sleeps; Our small living area is not suitable for big gatherings.
