Summary: Indoor pool & hot tub was great, though a snake did visit the pool for a swim. Kids loved it, none the less. Amenities were nice & comfortable. Cleaning & maintenance teams need better training & supervision, as various issues with HVAC, ice maker, water leaks, worn/damaged outside furniture, unmowed lawn, and a load of underwear still in the washer were not addressed.
