If you cancel a reservation seven days or more before the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of the first night’s base rental rate in the unit reserved. If you reserved before July 10, 2024, please refer to the cancellation policy sent to you.
Smoking is allowed on balconies or patios only. There is a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in rooms.
