Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property location was excellent, the centre of St Emilion within easy walking distance. kitchen facilities were ok for our needs which was teas, coffees and croissants. Shower was good. The accomodation was fit for purpose, no frills.

Negative: We had to make our own bed on arrival, no big deal but a little surprising. Bed is a standard double, be nice to have a king size. The son of the owner was a smoker and was staying next door. Smoke did on occasions seep into the room. The vestibule area often smealt of smoke, I opened the vestibule windows on a couple of accasions to freshen things up. We had a car and after googling free parking in St Emilion, found a free car park at the back of the police station about 10 min walk from the property, parking is generally not great as it is a busy town.
