Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Villa Jean is a most comfortable and tastefully decorated villa, situated in a quiet residential area of al Cumbre del Sol on a hillside, 5 km away from the village of Benitachell, between the resorts of Moraira and Javea (8 km each way). There are shops 500m away, and the nearest restaurant is about 2km away. There are fabulous views of the coastline from the patio and balconies.
The kidney-shaped swimming pool is bordered by a sun patio with a shower, and a few stairs lead to a mature garden and patio with BBQ. It shows a bright and spacious interior, with comfortable modern furniture. This villa is a two-storey holiday home, with a spacious lounge with A/C and SAT/TV/DVD, a large conservatory/dining room with sea views and WiFi connection, a fitted kitchen with a cooking range, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room), a cloakroom and a double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet and balcony.
15 internal stairs lead down to the lower level and pool area, with two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower/toilet room and doors to the pool patio. There are also external stairs from the top floor to the pool patio. This villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and is equipped with a portable barbecue. All bedrooms have A/C units. By the pool level at the back of the villa there is an extra apartment with access only from the outside with one double bedroom ensuite shower room and a kitchenette without cooking facilities.
