Ideally situated in an upscale Yarmouth Port neighborhood, this 3,500 sq ft home has everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation.
Walk just 12 minutes to a nice sandy beach on freshwater Dennis Pond. Or drive just eight minutes to Gray's Beach on Cape Cod Bay. You're very close to Route 6A here, along which you'll find several excellent restaurants whether you head east or west. You're also close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.
No doubt your outside focus will be on the heated saltwater pool and the patio that abuts it. Stake out a lounge chair and watch the kids frolic in the pool. Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco at the umbrella shaded patio table. When the sun goes down, gather around the wood burning fire pit and see who can spot the Big Dipper and the North Star.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is brand new, from the stainless-steel appliances to the salad forks. Plenty of counter space, and all solid, beautiful granite, of course. The large center island gives you even more room to operate, and there is counter seating here for four. You'll also make good use of the wine fridge/beverage center. The beautiful glass topped dining table is right off both the kitchen and living room. The dining room is lined on two sides with oversized windows for striking yard and garden views.
Speaking of windows, wait till you experience this home's living room with its extraordinary two-story high window wall. Relax in the comfy lounge seating and take in a movie or ball game on the huge wall mounted cable/smart TV. The main level also provides a den/office in case someone needs work remotely.
That room has a sleep sofa which can be used for additional sleeping space. The laundry and a half bath are also on the main level, as is a sitting room for another place people can gather.
Or they can congregate on the second level where the allure is an immense game room at the top of the stairs, dominated by a handsome billiards table.
The large primary bedroom is located on the main level. It has a king-size bed and a private full bath. On the upper level, you'll find three more bedrooms, each with its own private, full bath en suite. Two of the upper-level bedrooms have king beds, the third is a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, each with a full-size double with a twin bed on top.
